Eindhoven, April 24, 2006 - Together with the Supervisory Board the
Management of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has decided to
distribute the participation in Nanoventure N.V. (www.nanoventure.de)
as a share dividend to all shareholders of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions
N.V.. The execution of the transaction is expected to take place in
the May 2006. Further details will be published in due course.

The dividend distribution is planned at a ratio of 4:1. As a result
each shareholder of NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. owning four
shares in Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. will receive one share in
Nanoventure N.V.. Shares will be booked into share accounts
automatically. The management aims to list the shares of Nanoventure
N.V. on the stock exchange.

Nanoventure N.V. was founded end of 2005 and has a share capital of
euro 200.000 divided into 20 million shares (nominal value of one
share is euro 0.01). Nanoventure N.V. will position itself as a
nanotechnology investment company.

NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. owns currently 50% in Nanoventure
N.V. and will hold approximately 10% after the execution of the share
dividend. Free Float will amount to 40%, while the operating
management of the company will own 50% of the share capital.

NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. is convinced to allow all
shareholders to participate in the development of an attractive
business model and to take part in the value potential of Nanoventure
N.V..
